Mojo Resort Eforie Sud

We went with our daughter and it was the worst choice I've made. The photos are seriously misleading. The rooms are small, there's a bad smell from the bathroom, and the food is bad and limited, nowhere near an all inclusive menu. The staff are okay-ish and working with what they've got, but they don't give their best and basically don't care whether guests are happy. We were kicked off the terrace at 10pm because it was closing, while our food was still on the table. It was very unpleasant. After my first vacation in Romania in about 7 year's, I remember why I don't want to spend my money here. It's far from the sea and not a very nice place to stay. Don't stay here.

Everything feels new, and there's a nice smell throughout. They play lounge music at reception and in the elevator. The pool area is great and the beach is close by. We booked directly on their website, and dealing with the staff was 10/10. Parking is the one drawback, though we found a spot on the street. The water was warm, except when we wanted to shower our toddler. It was cold then, with hot water available only in the evening around 8-9 PM. Service gets 4* from me because the towels weren't changed for three days, and we had to ask at reception.

The pool area is amazing, but the heating doesn't keep the water very warm. When it's cloudy or windy, you can't really stay in the pool, and the sea was warmer during my visit. The location is great, with the beach no more than about a five-minute walk away. It's clean and nice otherwise, though the rooms are way too small and the bathroom is cramped. If they improve the heating, this place would be amazing.

I didn't have any fun, and had to go elsewhere to eat or have a glass of wine because there's no restaurant. The pool is free only until 7 pm, then you have to pay. The place is clean, but the rooms are small and the service could be better.
