The check-in was the worst part. Our assigned room was occupied, and although those guests were meant to leave by 12:00 under the hotel’s rules, it was nearly 15:00 before we were given another room. Later, they insisted that we check out at 12:00, which felt unfair after the delay we faced. The place was a mess, and none of the items on the inventory list were there. The room smelled awful and felt stuffy, with damp walls and spiders and insects on the bed. We also had to wait while the receptionist called his boss whenever we asked something. It wasted time and made communication difficult. This was a terrible experience. I wouldn’t recommend staying here, and suggest choosing another hotel. See attached photos.

The bed wasn't good for sleeping, and there was no Wi-Fi. I didn't like the hotel at all and won't consider it again. I wouldn't give it even one star.
