It was affordable, but the room wasn't clean. There was a very dirty ashtray even though smoking isn't allowed, and the bathroom tiles were broken or blackened. I gave it three stars for the price, but I won't stay there again.

Nothing special, just an ordinary place, like many around here. It was somewhat clean, but I wouldn't recommend it.

The towels we got were dirty, and there were cobwebs all over the bathroom. Dust covered the hotel, and our room was dirty too, with clumps of dust and dirt on the floor. We had to sweep and mop ourselves, then dust the wardrobe and bedside tables. The place smelled bad and felt very damp. The toilet cistern kept running. Don't expect the room to be cleaned during your stay, since it hadn't even been cleaned properly after the previous guests left.

What a mess. There was no comfort at all, and the box-spring beds dug into my ribs. The linen was stained, clutter was everywhere, and there was moldy food in the fridge. The needle machine made an infernal racket. The TV was more like a PC monitor. This is no three-star hotel!! 👎👎👎

The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. But Hotel Raul isn't really a three-star hotel, despite the stars on its logo. It's just an old place with rooms for rent. They didn't change the towels or linen, take out the trash, or provide bathroom toiletries or toilet paper. In other words, it's not a hotel.
