6/10
The rooms are large, with high ceilings and balconies. I preferred the side view: it brought in morning light, and there was less corridor traffic. The bathroom needs plumbing repairs and a renovation to get rid of the sewage smell. Standards have slipped under the new management. Guests and staff smoke in the lobby, and chemical sprays, nebulizers, and oriental burning sticks are used to cover the smell. Those nauseating chemical smells then get into the rooms. Yuck!

The hosts were nice, and the place is pleasant and very close to the sea. Breakfast could maybe be improved.
