I’d come back. The staff seemed nice, and the building is new. My room was clean and smelled good, with a firm mattress that suited me, air conditioning, and an internet-connected smart TV. There was a medium-sized balcony with a round table and two chairs. The bathroom had a shower rather than a bathtub, which was fine for me. I didn’t use the free Wi-Fi; I wasn’t given the password, but I also didn’t ask for it. Parking was the one thing that bothered me. They advertise free parking, and there was no charge, but only four spaces were available. I had to leave my car on the public street, so the free-parking claim didn’t really work for me.

I’d seen the place on Booking but still wasn’t fully convinced. Once we got there, though, I was like, WOW. I hadn’t expected it to be so clean, and everything was really, really okay. The owners were incredibly kind, the sort of people you rarely find in this line of work. It may not be a place with loads of stars, but to me it easily beats a hotel. Thank you so much for everything. We’ll definitely come back! P.S. I’m really sorry I can’t leave a review on Booking, you deserve 10 stars.

The rooms were decorated with a lot of taste, and the staff were extremely friendly. It was also spotless and wonderfully quiet. We’ll definitely return, and I highly recommend it!
