The owner’s answer when I called to complain about the lack of hygiene was a curt, “Well, what do you want, luxury?” The maid, whom I paid, was the only person working in the entire guesthouse. Whatever she said, she advised me to call the owner and suggest he hire staff. The room was filthy, with dust everywhere, hair all over the bed, and sand. There weren’t enough towels, and the beds creaked with every spring. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE. Run away from this horrible accommodation.

The rooms had a lingering sewage smell, and the woman on duty was rude. Cleanliness was completely lacking, and it wasn’t worth what I paid. I absolutely don’t recommend it. When you see cheap offers, run, or you’ll be sick with disgust.

Deplorable, I DO NOT recommend it! The room wasn’t cleaned, and the towels and linen weren’t changed. The only positive was the new hair dryer in the bathroom. Everything else was a mess.

I had booked four nights, but couldn’t get a shower on any evening because there was no hot water after 1 pm. When I called to ask why, they told me, “It’s summer, everyone came back from the beach and showered, and the solar panels can’t cope.” The shower cabin was tiny, and the room was so dim that the TV gave more light. There were no window screens.
