Vila Rocco

The host was so kind and easy to approach, and there was a great play area for the kids. We felt safe there, the beds were comfortable, and everything was clean. We had a lovely stay and would happily come back with the family.

I come back every summer for some sun and a bit of downtime. The kids have somewhere to play, so I can enjoy my coffee in peace. There’s also a TV for catching the news or sports, and a computer to check email when I haven’t brought mine. The people here really try to make you comfortable. It’s a great place to visit with young children.

We keep choosing Villa Rocco for our Black Sea holidays because the standards stay high every year. The hosts are thoughtful and attentive, though they give guests space, and it’s clear they care about everyone’s well-being. My favorite spot is the upper terrace. I can have coffee while watching the sunrise, or take in the sunset over Lake Techirghiol. The villa is in a quiet area but still easy to reach, with the beach and restaurants a convenient distance away. The rooms are spacious, nicely decorated and well kept. Everything feels considered, from the cleanliness and modern amenities to the children’s play areas arranged by age. We were looking for a peaceful, safe, welcoming place for a family with kids, and found just that.

We had a clean, spacious room, and the host was welcoming and easy to talk to. The beach is about a 15-minute walk away. One issue was hearing neighbors behind the villa mowing the lawn at 6 AM. The shower silicone was also a little old and moldy. Otherwise, I’d recommend staying here.
