The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay. The hotel has a lovely view and a peaceful setting, with a great location. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner all tasted good and offered plenty of variety. Parking and the other facilities were well managed. I'd happily recommend it 🤗🤘😇

The cleanliness was a zero. The rooms were miserable, with cockroaches, cobwebs, and all sorts of insects. Cockroaches crawled around the bathroom, the beds creaked and were in deplorable condition, and there was dirt on the mattresses. The sheets and towels were stained with blood and other marks. Before the hotel was handed over to the travel agency a few years ago, it was a 10+. Since they took over, it feels like they've made a mockery of tourists. I don't recommend it.

It's in a quiet spot in the center of the resort, and the rooms are spacious with balconies. The hotel and beach staff were very kind, and having a private beach is a real plus. But the parking area is small and cramped, and the rooms have low-quality furniture. Some of the linen and towels were worn or stained. They should invest in replacing the linen, towels, and pillows.

After staying with our Bulgarian neighbors for about four years, we thought we'd try here. Big mistake. I booked through Ag Romanian Coast and wanted a different hotel, but there were no places available at the time, so I followed Ag's recommendation and stayed at Uranus. There was no hair dryer or mosquito net on the door. Instead, the fridge was right beside the bed, and its noise kept me from sleeping. The balcony was another disappointment: it looked onto the back of the neighbors' house, so for 5 days I had a view of their useless things. I can't recommend this hotel.
