After driving 450 km, I hadn’t even properly got out of the car before the lady was asking for the rest of the money. I’d paid a 300 lei advance for a five-night reservation, and that was when I started thinking something was wrong. We went to look at the room, and it was pathetic, like a robber felt right at home there. I left immediately, in the second second, and gave up the advance. I wouldn’t recommend it even for free.
The hosts made me feel welcome right away. My room was huge and spotless, with a comfortable bed, private bathroom, fridge, TV, AC, and hair dryer. Thanks, fam. Baci!
The rooms are pretty spacious and clean, and there's a kitchen with a stove, sandwich maker, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, and a few small tables for eating. The bathroom is very cramped, though. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the nearest beach and pier. Worked fine for me as a last minute option. I'd recommend it.
We feel at home here, which is why we'll be back next year. We've returned to Vila Alexandra N for years for the peaceful, safe, clean setting and the respect people show. The administrator, Tori, and maid Anișoara are always around, understanding, and positive with guests.
The villa has a lovely feel and looks beautiful. We've stayed here three years running and feel just as comfortable each time, and so do the cats 😀. Great conditions and a really good atmosphere.
