We came two years running, but this year had a few issues. We booked 2 months ahead and got a room where the air conditioning and light didn't work, and the fridge had problems too. With a 5-day stay, towels should be changed at least once midway through the week. There's a gazebo and barbecue, but when you try to use them, it feels like you're getting in the way, which is pretty uncomfortable.

The house itself is lovely and close to the beach, but I wouldn't recommend staying more than 2 days. We were there for a week, and no one changed our towels or took out the trash, even though someone was supposedly cleaning until 3 pm every day. I had to ask the owners daily for a garbage bag and toilet paper. The bathroom shower had no curtain or glass, so I had to mop up the water after every shower.
