Being close to the beach is a real bonus, and the villa’s quiet part of the resort is what keeps bringing us back almost every year. Thanks to Mr. Lucian for such a lovely seaside stay.

The mattress was comfortable and I slept okay, and the best thing about the place is how quickly you can reach the small beach by Fisherman's Bay, just a two-minute walk. Apart from that, it’s only decent and probably fine for a single night. We paid 150 lei in high season (September), but there were no towels or soap. When we asked about towels, they said they normally don’t provide them and made an exception for us. For that price, I’d expect towels and soap. The kitchenware is in rough shape: very old dishes, bent cutlery and broken knives. The fridge door is filthy, though at least the inside is clean. The furniture is very worn and old.

Free parking is available right by the villa, and the cleanliness is remarkable. This is a lovely choice for people looking for a peaceful family stay by the sea, with Fisherman's Bay and the well-known Matei's Fish Market right nearby. Vila Lucian offers a very comfortable stay, and booking early may get you a substantial discount.

The living-room sofa was ripped, its blanket was really dirty, the kitchen was crawling with ants, and the fridge was broken. I paid 1200 per night for 4 rooms. We didn’t get towels or soap, and I was shocked that we had to buy toilet paper ourselves 😂😂😂. Pathetic, honestly.
