We only stopped briefly on the way, but the staff were friendly and helpful. The place was very clean and nice, and our room had a hair dryer and a small fridge. The hotel restaurant was good. One heads-up: they couldn’t process employee benefits from outside Romania because the staff didn’t know how to handle that payment. Save yourself the headache.

The hotel is near the castle, and the rooms are spacious and clean. Service was very good and the staff were really nice. It can get a little noisy at night because the hotel is so close to the main road, but it’s a very nice place.

We stopped to eat after a lovely trip. I can’t comment on the rooms or how quiet it is, since we didn’t stay overnight. The place is central, with a park opposite. The food was delicious, and the employees seemed friendly.

Check-in went smoothly, though our room hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests. The receptionist went up to replace the sheets and towels. The restaurant food was very good, and the portions were large. Service was slow, partly because our group had 20 people. Ordering a few dishes in multiples helped cut the wait from over 3 hours to 1.5 hours, including time for the wonderful desserts.

The front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the food choices were limited and breakfast could get very crowded. The rooms were clean, though not especially fresh. Rooms facing the inner courtyard can be noisy at night when events are held in the restaurant. The access card kept showing errors and needed recharging, even though we kept it away from our phones.
