The apartment block looked nice at first, but it was hard to find the entrance because there was no sign saying which entrance led to the apartments. Nobody came to meet us or give directions despite several calls. The receptionist's English wasn't good, so we had trouble understanding each other. We had two apartments for seven people altogether. In one apartment, the ceiling leaked, there was mold in the shower, and both the fridge and shower handles were broken. An outlet was exposed and unsecured, the table and a kitchen cabinet were broken, part of the cabinet's floor was peeling, and the couch cover was stained. The TV in the second apartment was broken. Neither apartment had extra towels or bedding ready for people sleeping on the couch. There was just one extra hand towel for in front of the shower, and no blankets or extra pillows. The promised Wi-Fi wasn't available, and the kitchen didn't have enough dishes. When reception gave us sleepwear and pillows, the sheets had torn threads and there was hair on the pillow. It turned out this place was known for having prostitutes.
