Citadel Aparthotel

I stayed two nights and wouldn’t recommend Citadel accommodations. There are better places in Galati for the same price. When I arrived around 10 p.m., the apartment key was left in the door lock, with no representative there to welcome me or hand it over in person. The apartment was dirty: the small fridge felt sticky, there was grime in the kitchen sink, and a stain on the carpet. In the bathroom I found a cockroach, which I killed and flushed down the toilet. The toilet was dirty and its seat was loose; the sink faucet was rusty and sticky, and the shower wasn’t properly clean, with hair in the drain. At least the towels looked clean. The bedroom was clean but very basic, with only an extra sheet instead of a proper cover. The pillows felt old and squishy, too.
