Good spot for a pool day, and it’s not far from Bucharest. The pool is nice and the service was good. I tried the Schnitzel, but the food was average at best. The tennis court also looks old and needs restoration.

The restaurant at the top of the hill is well worth the stairs if you don’t mind climbing. We drove over from Bucharest to get away from the city and the heat, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean, pool included, and the restaurant food was very good. The one letdown was the pool food, which wasn’t very good and had very few choices. That’s why I’m giving it four stars.

The pool is nice, but there are much better options closer by. Food could have been a lot better, and one toilet doesn’t seem like enough if the place gets crowded. There are also very few non-alcoholic drinks to choose from.

We only visited the pool. The menu should list portion weights for every item, since some are missing, and the food and drinks were decent. I especially liked the amaretto shots and pinacolda. The pool itself is nice, though it looked less elegant than in the pictures. The music was kind of loud, old, and sometimes too close to manele for my taste. A nicer mix would be enough. I did like that jumping in the pool isn’t allowed, and anyone who does is told to stop.
