2/10
Poor experience, and not what I expected. We were there over the three-day May 1st weekend, when the restaurant was full but only two people were serving. It took ten minutes to get our table cleaned, and even then the cleanup was superficial. Another fifteen minutes passed before we got a bottle of water and lemonade. Twenty more minutes later, she brought the cutlery, but there was no side plate. Meanwhile, the chef was collecting dirty dishes from the restaurant. The food finally arrived after an hour. It was a bit cold and not especially tasty, just an ordinary meal, nowhere near what I'd expect from a five-star restaurant. It's a shame for this place to have a five-star rating when, with great generosity, I'd call it a two- or three-star experience.

Everyone was really nice, and the food was great for the price. There are parking spaces too.

It's good, just definitely not a five-star hotel. Breakfast could use some improvement.

I was there with my child. Super place, nice views. I'll be back.

I liked the rooms and the in-house restaurant, especially the mushroom soup.
