Pension Elegance

The view looked lovely and luxurious, but the service left me disappointed. We had to ask before they turned on the lights while guests were still sitting at the table. The food was very expensive for its quality: my beef was cooked too long and was hard to eat. We also waited a long time for the food, and the order was wrong. I hope they make changes in the future.

I left in a great mood after a good breakfast and a night of deep sleep. The room was clean and well equipped, with a lovely mountain view, and I had a hot shower before falling asleep. I had been driving all day and needed somewhere to stay for one night. The first place I booked was closed when I arrived around 11 pm, and I was tired, hungry, cold outside, and close to spending the night in the car with my cat. I found Elegance, which was also closed since it was almost midnight, but someone opened the door after I knocked. Petronella saved me. I had the keys within ten minutes, which really impressed me. Thanks again to Petronella, she did her job brilliantly. I definitely recommend this hotel to travellers.

The scenery was lovely, and the welcome was warm. The accommodation was very good, it felt like a home away from home.

It was a quiet spot with a nice view, and I found the room clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The price felt fair, too. We ordered food when the place had few customers, and it wasn't very good. Worse, they served us expired pickles.
