The room was comfortable, with a beautiful view straight onto the monastery courtyard. We chose this property because Voronet had been on our UNESCO travel list for a while. The food was good and the portions large, so check with your waitress before ordering. Breakfast had a good variety, although the room where it was served was cold. The local market and monastery are just a few steps away. You can buy plenty of good quality things there, from food and clothes to wooden accessories. It must feel different in each season, and we'll definitely come back.

The restaurant food was really tasty, the best I ate in Romania. The hotel itself is beautiful, with amazing food and staff. I was surprised by how good the hospitality was, they clearly know what they're doing. The pool tiles are very slippery, though there are some measures in place to help.

Everything was clean and new, and we loved the place. The location, staff, and facilities were amazing. The food was great, the spa so relaxing, and breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good. Our room had bathrobes and slippers to take to the spa. Check-in and check-out times were great, too. You can pay for accommodation and food with the Romanian government holiday card. We'll be back!
