The pool was clean, nice, and great for kids. One of the women serving there was especially friendly and attentive to what guests needed. The location is great, but the service elsewhere left a lot to be desired. Breakfast wasn't available until 8:30, and there was no way to get even one coffee earlier. The staff were drinking coffee and gossiping in the guest waiting area, and seemed bothered when guests were there. Most of the food was frozen and not very good.

We came for dinner around 8 PM last night. About half the outdoor restaurant's 20 tables were occupied, while inside the hotel the restaurant was empty, with tables still left dirty from other guests. They turned us away, saying they couldn't prepare food. It's shameful that a four-star hotel can't accommodate more than 30 guests. This is a review of the restaurant.

The rooms have attractive furniture, the bathrooms are well equipped, and the staff are fairly friendly. The hotel gives an impression of quality, and the garden is lovely. I would suggest that the owner move the massage area away from the noisy, rather cold SPA area.

The food was good, so congratulations to the chef, but the service needs work. The waiters seemed completely lost. I was just passing by and happened to stop in. It felt like being in the army, but never mind that. I ordered a ham omelette and got a burger instead.
