The only letdown was the area around the hotel. It felt a little deserted, even though the hotel faces the ski slope and Arinis park. We came in March for three nights, between seasons, so the snow had melted and the greenery hadn't come in yet. We missed the musical fountain and big wheel in the park. Inside, though, we were very happy: a spacious, lovely room, a great bed, spotless and quiet, with polite, helpful staff and reception open around the clock. The coffee was good and the food decent. In my opinion, it's the best hotel in Gura Humorului. We'd definitely recommend Sentir Hotel!

Cristi at the spot bar made the visit a great one. The bartenders were lovely, the drinks and food were good, and service was quick.

The manager, Mr Stefan, deserves a special thank you. Of all the places in Gura Humorului and Vatra Dornei, he was the only one who agreed to host us between Christmas and New Year's Eve without insisting we take the full package. The staff were completely professional, and everything else was great too, from the food and room to the service. Such a good experience. I'd recommend this place to anyone. Good luck to Mr Stefan and his lovely team!
