The staff made this stay especially lovely. They were so friendly and attentive, even preparing food on request for our one-year-old and sometimes waiting for us to sit down to dinner after the usual 21:00 schedule. We spent four days here in December 2025 with our family and two small children, and had no complaints at all. Our double-room apartment was spacious enough for the kids to run around, clean, and nicely furnished. A sliding door between the rooms would have been a useful addition. There was also a sweet play area with toys where we could leave the children while we ate or took a little break. I loved our stay and would wholeheartedly recommend it to families.

The music feels out of place here. Calmer classical or jazz would suit the atmosphere much better. The wellness area and restaurant are great, with generous portions, helpful staff, and everything kept clean.

The spa is stunning, especially the sauna overlooking the mountains. The hotel has been completely rebuilt and renovated. We only visited the spa, so I can't say anything about the rooms or restaurant.

For me, this is a 10/10. The wellness area is cozy, the rooms are nice and clean, and the staff are always smiling and caring. It has everything I want from a mountain resort, and I highly recommend it.
