The guesthouse itself was okay, but the restaurant food was far too oily. Five people in our group got food poisoning from it.

The staff were very kind, and I definitely recommend the guesthouse. It seems pretty good and is in a nice spot, a few kilometers from Miercurea Ciuc town but still quiet enough to hear birds singing. I only stopped by to see what it looked like and how many places they had. The count was 28.

The breakfast is delicious, the rooms are quite large, and it's super warm indoors. The guesthouse sits at the end of a scenic woodland road, so it's quiet and away from city noise. It's fairly close to the Balu ski slopes and other attractions, and there's a slope right outside for beginners. A very nice place, totally recommend it!

It's clean, with big rooms, and the apartments are larger still. The location is remote, quiet, and has a great view.
