The location was great, the room spacious and comfortable, and the food tasted good. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. But it felt like paying four-star prices for three-star conditions. The hotel was unfinished, and our room flooded twice during our stay. We booked all-inclusive, but it barely felt inclusive: no alcohol before 1 pm, no snacks between meals, and a poor selection of drinks. Meals were never on time. We waited 30 to 45 minutes for all the trays to arrive from the kitchen. The pool and playground were included in the booking, but they were closed, supposedly opening tomorrow, always tomorrow. They never opened while I was there. When I told the manager the rules weren't clear, he was rude and told me to look them up on the website. After we paid for the room, we felt unwelcome. Outside the hotel, everything looked abandoned and desolate. It's a shame such a great location is wasted with bad management. We won't return and don't recommend the place.

The room was cleaned daily, and it had air conditioning and a bidet. The hotel is near the Black Sea beach, with clean towels and beach chairs provided on its private stretch. The mattress was too firm, water leaked around the poorly sealed shower, and some bathroom finishes looked badly done. The bathroom door wouldn't shut properly. There was no room safe, minibar, kettle, or emergency phone or button. To me, it felt more like a three-star hotel than a four-star one.

The staff were amazing, the breakfast was great, and the price included a beach bed, umbrella, and towel by the sea. The room had some five-star touches, like phone-based keyless entry, a smart TV, plenty of space, and a couch. But it also smelled, the tiles were badly fitted, the furniture felt cheap, and the mattress was very hard. A real mix of premium and low-end things. I still think it's worth it, and I'd come back.
