The staff were friendly and the rooms were big and tall, but I left disappointed. Over three days, nobody cleaned our room or even came in. The air conditioning didn’t work in August, which was unacceptable, and there was no mosquito net. Bring your own pillow if you stay, because theirs are so big and tall I couldn’t sleep well. It may be a four-star hotel, but overall I don’t recommend it.

Service was very, very slow, half the menu wasn’t available, and everything we could order came from the freezer. They didn’t have any soups, not even traditional Romanian ones.

The restaurant was a complete letdown for me. They were out of pasta and spaghetti, and about half the menu wasn't available. The waiter also didn't take our order properly. I really didn't like this place.
