A good place to switch off for a while. It was quiet, there was plenty of space, and the temperature inside was comfortable. We had a nice weekend, and the owners were generally pleasant, especially friendly as we were leaving. A few things could be better. We hadn’t been told how much firewood was available for the barbecue, and there wasn’t enough for us, so we had to get more ourselves. Some small repairs are needed: broken taps, no water in the outdoor bathroom, and a door that stuck. The kitchen isn’t fully equipped, which makes cooking inconvenient. There were no towels or robes, or a dedicated place to change for the tub, and no drinking water available. Fixing these details would make the stay much more pleasant. It was okay overall, with room to improve.

We were very happy with this clean, carefully organized place. Everything had been thought through, we didn’t lack anything, and we’ll definitely be back as soon as we can.

The dreamy landscape makes this a perfect spot to recharge, far from the city’s noise and bustle. Everything is top-notch.

The scenery and surroundings are superb, and the house stays cool even though we had the heating on. Upstairs, we could sleep tucked in with the windows slightly open. We were six, four adults and two children, and there was something for everyone to do and enjoy. The house has all the utilities, and the host was kind, available, and always ready with advice or information. It’s secluded, yet still close to Horezu.
