The reception staff were welcoming, polite, and helpful whenever we needed them. Our room was spacious, with a big bathroom and bathtub, but it was dimly lit and the décor felt a bit kitsch. The soundproofing was nearly nonexistent, so we could hear noises from the hallway and lobby. Another guest's watch alarm woke us early, which made it hard to rest properly. The sauna was pleasant, though there was sand in the spa pool and that spoiled the relaxing feel a bit. We also found the shower head noticeably dirty. There were some nice parts to the stay, but it didn't live up to what we expected from a four-star hotel.

It's a nice hotel in a central spot, but after a long drive we couldn't get a proper hot shower. The shower wasn't working right, with barely any pressure in the hot water while the cold water was fine. It was late, so we ended up washing our small baby in semi-cold water. At checkout we told the receptionist, but the response felt dismissive and there wasn't a sincere apology.

We arrived at the last minute without a reservation, and the receptionist was happy to help us with everything. We got a nice apartment and pool access. The beds had firm mattresses, and the rooms, shared spaces, and pool area were all very clean. Thanks to all the staff for making the stay so enjoyable. We'll definitely come back and use the hotel and its amenities as a base for short trips around Hunedoara county.

The castle is an easy short walk away, and the pool was open with sunbeds by the water. We stayed two nights, two adults and a small child. The room was spacious, and while cleanliness wasn't perfect, it was acceptable. Breakfast was delicious, and there were children's toys in the yard. Very well appointed and exclusive. A perfect choice for the price.

The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming, and the hotel is close to town and the tourist sights. Our room was roomy, clean, and had everything we needed. Breakfast was tasty too. A great place to stay.
