Alezzi Infinity Resort & Spa

We got a free room upgrade, and parking was very convenient. The three pools were wonderful, and the location and staff were great. Most areas were clean, but the pool toilets smelled and weren’t clean. The safe wasn’t fixed to the wall, and the bathroom mirror wasn’t connected. I still had a great experience overall and can recommend it.

It was my first time here, and the front desk greeted me warmly. The rooms were clean and the daily service was great. My only issue was a smell that sometimes reminded me of rotten eggs. I’m not sure whether the plumbing was backing up or what caused it.

The location was great, and the women at the front desk were very helpful. Even so, I wouldn’t recommend this place or come back. The bathrooms in both apartments we stayed in smelled of sewage, and the soundproofing was terrible. We could hear everything the neighbors said, especially when they were in the hallway, including all their children. There are a crazy number of kids around, so don’t come here if you dislike children. There’s no restaurant at the hotel. Instead, breakfast is arranged at a nearby place called Maia Cucina Italiano, which is described as “Italian.” It was the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had. The restaurant owner didn’t want us there and tried to kick us out on our first day, even though breakfast was included in the price. There were no vegan options except fruit.

From our studio on the eighth floor, we had an amazing view, and the room was very clean. The reception staff were great and gave us all the useful information. The hotel yard’s pools can get a little crowded, and they aren’t restricted to guests who rent there. There’s a Lidl nearby, along with small markets where you can get breakfast supplies. Construction in the surrounding area has left the roads in very bad shape.
