Our reservation had a few errors, but the staff were kind and found ways to sort things out so everyone was satisfied. The rooms were very clean, and the mattresses were really comfortable. My only reason for taking off a star is the breakfast buffet, which had good food but limited variety, probably because the space is small.

The cozy, welcoming atmosphere and attentive, knowledgeable service made a good impression. Their seafood tower starter was fresh and flavorful, and both the steak and seafood mains were perfectly cooked with delicious seasoning. I'd highly recommend this restaurant.

What stood out most was the staff, who were so friendly and open to our needs and requests. Since it was Easter's first day, the receptionist put together a pretty basket to surprise our daughter. We stayed two nights over the Easter holiday, and our room was very clean and comfortable.

The restaurant food is pretty good, and the rooms are quiet and nice. It's also a great location for a visit to Corvin Castle. But they're always out of something, like bread or sugar, and the restaurant service is mediocre. Breakfast isn't appealing either. The place feels like an '80s hotel, definitely not four stars.

Be careful booking directly. We had an email confirming our reservation, but after 2 pm on the day we were due to stay, while we were already on the way, they called to say an incident meant our room was no longer available. It may be a good hotel, but their customer service needs serious improvement. If you book, use a well-known platform instead of booking with them directly.
