Iassium Residence Copou

The service was very poor. They agreed to send breakfast in the evening because it couldn’t be brought in the morning, which was strange, but it never arrived. I couldn’t get through to reception either. The WiFi also didn’t work about 90 percent of the time. I’d advise staying somewhere else.

The only thing that worked well was the private parking, which came in handy on our road trip. The place wasn’t very clean, and I was disappointed, especially given the high rating on Booking and the extremely good-looking photos on the app. It wasn’t cheap, either. After staying here, I’ll always be a hotel guest.

The apartment had a very small shower cabin, and the bathroom was missing some features, including a towel hanger. It was quite clean, though there are still details they could improve. The temperature was just right, access was easy, and reception could help with luggage storage if needed. A nicely decorated place near Eminescu Square, with all you need for accommodation.

The room was clean and the location worked well, though we didn't feel particularly welcomed when we arrived. We were put in a basement room, and the bed was small and not very comfortable. The shower's glass divider was too short, so water splashed all over. Fine for one night, but I wouldn't find it as comfortable for a longer stay.
