The building's new, and its style made an impression on me straight away. I was drawn to Terrace Suites and its location before I arrived, and after staying there I felt the experience matched what I expected. The photos really do show it well. Staff responded quickly and helped with what I needed, and the location is ideal, close to downtown and convenient for getting to the city's main spots. I'd definitely recommend it.

The host was lovely, the service was top-notch, and the quality for the price was very good. I had a superb apartment with a stunning view over City Center, and it was a pleasure staying there. When I come back to Iasi, I know where I'll be staying. Highly recommend!

I work in hotels, so I understand that mistakes happen, but the way this was handled was poor. I had a confirmed booking, paid in full, and my card was charged. When I called the property to check, I was told the room had been double booked and they couldn't honour the reservation. The woman said she'd contact booking.com to cancel it and arrange a full refund, but she never did. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with them explaining why I hadn't received the room. The property should at least have called the booking company and sorted out the refund. This wasn't proper customer service, and I wouldn't recommend it.

A luxury place with a friendly host. One of the best places in Iasi county, and we'll return every time.
