The quiet location was really nice, and parking wasn't a problem. It also seems suitable for kids, with a playground and pool. Still, I'd give it around 7.5-8 out of 10, not four stars out of five. The equipment is old. The AC hadn't been cleaned for 4-5 years, and the fridge had to be switched off at night if you wanted to sleep. Service was close to nonexistent: most drinks on the menu weren't actually available, and I asked for coffee, got confirmation, then never received it. It felt expensive for what was offered.

There's plenty of shade and space at this campsite, with clean, good facilities. It's close to shops, restaurants, and the beach. The host was really friendly and kind. I'd highly recommend it.

The owner was friendly and helpful, and speaks English. Regular customers get a discount 😉 Cold drinks are sold at reception, and there's a fridge and freezer behind the desk. They also have a barbecue with firewood included in the price. You can wash dishes there, and there's a washing machine for a reasonable price. If your cable isn't long enough, the owner can lend you one for a deposit. It's a large campsite with tall trees and lots of shade. I'd avoid pitching a tent beside the fence because traffic noise can be bothersome. For a caravan or camper, that spot is just right. The bathrooms are a bit old, but everything you need works and the hot water is constant, which matters most. The beach is an easy walk, no more than 10 minutes, and the stalls alley is about the same distance. Buses leave from the campsite. The white and purple ones cost 5 lei per person, while the green/turquoise electric buses take you to Olimp and Mangalia for free. Timetables are posted at the stops, though it's better to get there 10 minutes early since drivers keep their own schedules 😉 Music from nearby party places carries into the campsite in the evenings. I enjoyed it, and they finish at a decent time, though the last song is incredibly loud! Feel free to ask if you have more questions.
