The food had too little choice and there wasn't enough for the number of guests on the all-inclusive plan. The sun loungers were broken, and the mattresses were awful. For all-inclusive, there's no beach bar, so getting a glass of juice means walking all the way to the hotel pool. By the time you bring it back, it's warm and half gone. There aren't toilets on the beach either, so you have to make that long walk to the hotel or pool when you need one. The service feels like two or three stars, while they charge for four. They shouldn't be asking people to pay for all-inclusive when they're not ready to provide it. If they want tourists to keep coming, they need to learn how to handle it. Otherwise, they'll lose next year the group of suckers like us who came this year, and shouldn't complain when people stop coming. And don't delete reviews you don't like. What I wrote is completely true.

We liked the modern, futuristic look of the hotel, and the apartment in one of the villas we booked was a pleasant surprise. The pool was clean and had a nice atmosphere. But the beach was stony, including in the water, so despite paying for sea access, we couldn't really enjoy swimming in the sea. We also paid all-inclusive, yet there was often too little food, no free drinks at the hotel bar, and getting snacks at the pool meant waiting in line for ten minutes before snack time.

The food was amazing, and I liked the pool and the decent private beach. The accommodation was great too. I'd have given it five stars if the animators had done their job. The only woman meant to be entertaining the kids was busy on her phone, and I expected the animators to play with them.

Olympic Hotel is in Jupiter, Constanta, Romania. It costs 70-120€ a day for an adult, family, or couple, with an all-inclusive restaurant. The package includes beach service and a pool, plus three bars and two restaurants, and you can get anything. There's also a fitness center, massage chair, three billiard tables, three action game tables, motoracing, and lots of other things.

The staff were very polite and always smiling, and it was easy to find transport to Neptun or Venus/Mangalia. The hotel was very clean, with three elevators. Behind it are two small, quiet rocky beaches, very close to "La Steaguri" beach.
