The rooms are big, but cleanliness was poor. The floor was terribly dirty, and during my 3-night stay nobody even came to take out the trash. The administrator was nice, but wasn't honest when I asked before booking about the dogs on the property. I'd read a review saying they could bark all night, and he said that wasn't the case. It was entirely true. The food was all right, though half the fish was frozen rather than fresh. That happens at most restaurants in the area, in fact.

The restaurant served really great food, and the storceag soup was the best I've ever had. You can take a boat for free to enjoy the channel views or go fishing. The location and facilities are extraordinary, and the host is really nice and welcoming.

The place itself was very nice and clean, with very large rooms and a good road for most of the way. The last stretch doesn't show on Google maps. I've been trying to get it added for a month, but Google still hasn't made the change. Watch out, because Google Maps sends you down a closed country road. Follow the concrete road instead. My only other two downsides were the absurdly tiny bathroom and how easily noise carried between rooms, even though the building is brick and mortar.
