The owner seems not to care about running this place properly, and it isn't a matter of the price. The stay was full of problems: the bathroom fan ran all night, there were no slippers, and the sink had no stopper. Sitting on the toilet meant my head touched the sink. I could hear the neighboring room and traffic clearly. The gate wouldn't open, so I had to use a small iron door. Reception was unpredictable, and I checked in without showing my passport. In the morning, someone opened my door without knocking as a “friendly wake-up call.” When I went to check out, nobody was there.

The staff are welcoming and friendly, and made me feel at home. The rooms are modern and clean. It isn't the usual kind of hotel or restaurant.

They agreed when I asked about paying by card and getting an invoice, but once I arrived they wanted me to pay through Revolut instead. It seemed like a way to get around some taxes. Not cool at all.

The biggest problem is the noise from the busy DN 7, so don't count on a good night's sleep. One of our two rooms was right by the road, with trucks passing all night at 70 km/h or more, causing noise and vibrations. It can depend on which room you get. The motel itself is clean, with fairly new rooms, and it's cheap. Parking is in the yard, set back a little from the street, but it isn't locked. The shower pressure is also low, which makes things like washing your hair difficult.

The breakfast was lousy, though the place still felt like good value for the money when you consider the location and breakfast together. There's Wi-Fi, and the location is good. The parking area is large and enclosed.
