Everything was great, from the clean rooms and good location to the courteous staff. I recommend staying at this hotel. I forgot my documents there, and they mailed them to me. They arrived without any problems. Thank you for being understanding and treating me with such humanity.

The employees are kind, and the location is really useful since it’s close to the Center of the city. The rooms are good and nice, although the stove doesn’t work. There’s a microwave instead, which I think is perfect.

The hotel is warm and clean, and it has all the facilities you need. The rooms aren’t very large. It’s very close to the city center, and small to medium pets are allowed for a fee of 30lei.

The rooms were clean, but they look pretty used now, and the photos on booking.com are probably old. I don’t think it deserves three stars. The owner wasn’t especially friendly either. Air conditioning wasn’t part of the initial price, so I had to pay extra for a remote controller, only to find that it blew warmer air rather than cold. It’s convenient if you want something that seems cheap near the old center.

It was neither great nor terrible, but we’d booked the most expensive premium room and expected it to look better. Cleaning needs improvement: when we checked in, there was a footprint on one of the chairs. The bathroom also looked like one of the old ones your grandma had in 1970.
