The food was the only good part for me. I was really disappointed by the bathroom: it was dirty, the toilet shifted when I flushed, and most of the water ended up on the floor. The sink tap wasn't fixed either.

I really wouldn't recommend this place. At the restaurant, there were ants in my plate. Then at the pool, some older ladies yelled at me and my class for jumping in. Can't we have a little fun? Later, our class tried to have a party, but an older man came to our door and said something like, “Hey! It’s late! People wanna sleep here! You better stop that music or you’ll sleep outside!” What the hell, can't we have a little fun? Bruh. The people at the pool's magazine were rude too, and wouldn't give us the things we wanted to buy when we offered more than 10 ron. Please don't make the same mistake our class did.
The room was so cramped the bed almost took up all of it. Honestly, I think the only worse option would be trying to sleep standing up. I’ve slept more comfortably in a tent.
Vila Santana has some real pluses: good prices, a restaurant, and a big pool with thermal water that you can use even in winter. The food was decent, though nothing special, so I’d eat at one of the nearby restaurants instead. Comfort was lacking.
The thermal water was very good, but the rooms weren't especially elegant or clean. We had to use a shared refrigerator in the hallway, and the pool furniture was in poor condition.
