The room was left tidy, and my friend never used it that day because he was out after his flight changed. He'd paid only three hours earlier and had to leave urgently, but the woman working there refused a partial refund or even payment for the three hours his luggage stayed. She said card refunds were impossible, which isn't legally true, and wouldn't consider any solution. This was on top of finding cockroaches in the bathroom, which was very unhygienic. Other hotels that are cleaner and don't have cockroaches crawling around have been friendlier and more willing to help.

The apartment is lovely and the rooms are nice, but there's some work to do. The bathroom toilet was really dirty, which isn't right in a place with so many guests coming and going. My room also had a very bad smell that needs attention.

Finding the parking lot was difficult because there weren't signs showing the way. The rooms were clean, but the bathroom has no divider between the shower and toilet, so using both at once is impossible. Breakfast was very basic, with very few choices.

The staff made a good impression on me, they were kind and very helpful. I think it's a fair deal for what's offered. If someone wants more, they'll have to pay more, which seems reasonable. I'd recommend it.

The reception is open all the time, and the staff are really friendly, especially the women at reception. The place is pretty, the rooms are clean, and the bed was good. Thanks for a restful sleep and a boost of energy. I recommend it!
