Exceptional.

Everything was top-notch. We felt great, it was very clean, and all the facilities were there. I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Unfriendly administrator. We never even made it there because our first contact with the complex's administrators was so poor. We talked on Fb, and they said we might be able to book a superior double room for four adults and a baby, even though Booking listed it for three adults and one child, or two adults and two children. They asked us to call the next day for more details. We called five times during the hours they had told us to call, but nobody answered. Then we found out the room couldn't be booked under the terms they'd described the night before. We were willing to take two rooms, but that kind of attitude makes you want to run a mile. Why would I make the trip to deal with people like that?

We spent four days in the Delta and didn't lack for anything. The location works well, about an hour from Tulcea by passenger boat, or 40 minutes by water taxi for 60 lei. The rooms are spacious, with clean linen. The pool and pontoon are a real plus on days when you stay off the canals. Food was very good, with fresh fish and some international dishes on the menu. I recommend the catfish with mujdei and polenta. We'll be back!
