Lucky Star Studio Mamaia Nord

I liked having supermarkets like Profi, Mega Image and La doi pasi nearby, and the studio sits in a quiet spot close to the beach. It’s spacious, stylish, and not too far from the busier, pricier part of Mamaia. The beaches were decent, though there are better ones along the Romanian coast. At the start of the season a sunbed cost 30 lei a day here; farther north I saw prices of 60 or 100. Ms. Loredana was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. After booking, she sent all the useful details in videos and pictures, plus suggestions for places to eat. Inside, we had pretty much everything: even a needle and thread for a broken button, an iron, washing machine, coffee capsules, tea bags, and cold water in the fridge. It smelled lovely when we opened the door. You can tell the owners want guests to feel comfortable and relaxed, and I hope they keep up this level of care. A couple of silly things gave me a laugh: I had to drink espresso from cappuccino cups and use napkins instead of coasters. But there were bowls for chips, so I happily watched the Romania-Ukraine match.
