We had a lovely four days, thanks in large part to Lolanda and Cami, who made check-in and the whole stay easy. The team was fantastic. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with generous balconies that are great for unwinding. The bathrooms are excellent by European standards and come stocked with Rituals Cosmetics. The hotel is beautifully maintained and in a handy spot near the beach, restaurants, and coffee shops. It feels world-class, and we'd absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting the lovely town of Mamaia. Thanks again for such a nice stay!

Breakfast had a great selection, and our room rate included beach towels. They also gave us a cute beach bag as a souvenir. Still, there were several problems during our stay. We had told them from the start that two adults and our 11-year-old child would be travelling. When it was time to make up the child's bed, there were no sheets. My child called reception, and a moody manager answered. When my child said the manager wanted to speak to an adult, she made a nasty, completely unpleasant remark that I shouldn't let my child speak English. We were then surprised to learn we'd be charged for the sheets. We booked a partial sea view, but the view also included a garbage bin, with the smell, and a huge construction site. That construction wasn't mentioned anywhere, yet we were charged for a "pleasant partial sea view." The bathroom was very poorly cleaned, and the coffee capsules in the room weren't complete. Dogs are allowed on the beach. During our stay, a poor toddler was bitten by a leashed dog.

The rooms, breakfast, and service were all very good at this nice hotel in Mamaia Nord, near Navodari. My only complaint is the area itself, with not much green space, trees, or grass.

The staff at both the hotel and restaurant were awesome. My room was modern and very clean, with a walk-in shower and a big flat-screen TV. It had all the things I like to have in a hotel.
