A nightmare. It has a Militari Residence feel, with a massive construction site, dirt everywhere, no green space, and no stroller access ramps.

Right on the seafront, "15m" from the beach. It's a very good location in an area that's still developing.

My stay at this guesthouse was awful. At 300 lei a night, I had workers right at the window and construction noise below the balcony to put up with. There was no sea view, and the administrator won't return the deposit. I can't recommend this place at all.
