We liked how clean the building was and found the staff’s attitude pleasant. The price felt fair for the quality, and the location by the lake with its waterfront patio was great. My family and I were quite pleased with our stay. I can’t compare it with other Mamaia Resort’s properties, but we’ll certainly be back.

I booked through Booking, but when I got to the hotel, the woman at reception was rude and unpleasant and quoted me a different price. She wanted 60€ more than the Booking price, and wasn’t interested when I said that wasn’t right. Worst service in Mamaia. Stay away from this hotel, and from Mamaia.

The staff were very friendly and respectful, and breakfast was okay. The rooms were okay too, though there weren’t enough sockets. Pets are allowed, which can be annoying when a dog barks in the middle of the night. The shower pressure was pretty low when I tried to take a hot shower.

We paid a nice price for the stay. The hotel was reconditioned in spring 2019, and it was very clean, with modern furniture, a comfortable bed, and decent food. If you’re not looking for luxury, it’s a nice place.

Clean, modern rooms, and a good spot between the Black Sea and the lake.
