Laguna Residence

I had a lovely night, and breakfast was good too. The lake view was epic. I'd definitely recommend it.

This has been my best experience so far. I'd strongly recommend it to anyone who's unsure.

Great!

The view is amazing, and the fitness room is good too. Those are about the only things that make the hotel feel worthy of its stars. The room floor was dirty, the fridge was rusty inside, and there were ants everywhere. The balcony had no chair. The whole place felt unwelcoming. The layout is badly thought through: the socket is hidden low behind the bedside table, and the lamp hangs right over the bed, so it's easy to bump your head getting up. The bathroom is cramped enough that you can barely sit on the toilet properly because it's next to the wall. Service was poor as well. They only brought toilet paper after we asked. I don't know why the elevator says four stars. Maybe that was true when it was built, but I'd give it two at most.
