The building and apartments don’t look especially modern, and the facilities aren’t very modern either. The location is good, with a nice view of Siutghiol Lake and easy access to Mamaia Boulevard.

The Wi-Fi was poor, and nobody seemed to know where the place was, including taxi drivers. The only person who spoke English was the security guard.
