Solid Magic Apart-Hotel

I've been staying at Solid Magic Residence for three years now and currently rent four apartments here. The location is great, the value is reasonable, and as a guest you feel appreciated. Claudia, one of the employees or managers, has been a real blessing for us long-term residents. She handles problems right away, always smiling, and is clearly a big asset to the owners. I love the place.

We paid for one specific apartment and arrived to find ourselves moved into a supposedly “penthouse” that was in the middle of renovations. There was dust and noise, fixtures were missing, and it seemed someone else might be staying there too. We were told the original place wasn't available. This wasn't what we booked or paid for, and the listing felt deceptive. Communication was poor. Totally unacceptable, avoid.

The rooms were clean and had a great view. Staff were very helpful, the price was decent, and breakfast was very good, with halal options.

The receptionist was welcoming and nice, and I felt bad for her. I still had to check out early because the noise wouldn't stop. Work on the building started right at 7:30 and was still going two hours later, making an online call impossible because other people could hear it. The rooms were dusty and had hair in every corner. I booked for two adults and two beds, but got one double bed and just one non-extendable sofa in the living room. The photos seemed to show several rooms, though I thought they were all of one unit. There was no second bed, and the kitchen plates still had food left by other guests.
