Tomis Garden Aparthotel

We’re a Swedish family with two kids, and we’ve stayed at Tomis Garden Apart Hotel in Mamaia for two weeks in 2022 and another two weeks in 2023. Both visits were excellent. It’s in a nice part of Mamaia, close to the beach and a supermarket. Our rooms were spacious and clean, and the appliances and equipment all worked. We thought breakfast was very good. The staff really stood out: from reception and breakfast through to the manager, everyone was professional, communicative, and focused on finding solutions. Traffic noise is the one thing to consider if you want as little of it as possible on a holiday in the Mamaia-Constanța area. Otherwise, you’d likely be very happy with Tomis Garden Apart Hotel.

The apartments are a good size and very clean, and there’s a Mega Image across the street. The private beaches are only a two-minute walk away. For the price, it’s a very good location. The client service was the best I’ve seen in a hotel in a long time. Every issue was sorted right away and with a positive attitude. It could use a few more amenities, but that’s easy to fix and wasn’t a real problem. I’d give it four stars, plus one for guest support. I recommend it.

The location is great if you want to avoid the city’s busy traffic, and there’s underground parking. The rooms are clean and nice. Our room was set up for just one guest, but reception brought us what we needed right away. Highly recommended.

The place felt pleasant from the start, with clean, spacious rooms and modern, stylish furniture. Our two-bedroom apartment had two very comfortable continental beds and two bathrooms, including one ensuite. Service was good and the staff were nice.
