My family and I had such a good long weekend at W Regal Boutique Hotel&Spa that we added another night, and we'll be back again very soon. The staff made our little family feel welcome, and the rooms, service, treatment, and hotel itself were all top quality, inside and out. I've stayed at many hotels over the years for work and pleasure, across all kinds of ratings, so I don't get excited easily these days. But W Regal Boutique Hotel&Spa really blew us away. If you're coming to Mamaia and need somewhere to stay, I don't think there's a better hotel in the area. My family and I highly recommend it. Thanks to all the staff for everything.

The rooms look nice, but that didn't make up for the poor condition of things. There were false eyelashes from the previous guest all over the floor when we walked in, the elevator was out of order, and the spa jacuzzi wasn't working. Breakfast was disappointing, with the cold food served warm. The maids never came to our room.

2/10
The room was clean and nice, and the location was okay, but the air conditioning didn't work and the eggs and bacon at breakfast were cold. We'd booked a room with two single beds, but on arrival only a double bed was available. We got no compensation.

We found parking, and the place was quiet and family-friendly. Service and rooms were great, and the staff were polite. Dinner was awesome, though breakfast could have been better. We'll visit again.

The place was very clean and high quality, and breakfast at the nice restaurant was really good.
