Piriu Morii

We’ve been coming back for years because it’s the best place we know for relaxing. In 2022, it was still just as good as ever, with the property kept immaculate and service maintained at the same high level. Big congratulations to the amazing staff. It’s clean and cozy, the food is amazing, and the service is professional. Weekdays are usually very quiet; it can get a little noisy when the place fills up on weekends, but nothing too bothersome.

The only tricky part for me was communication. If you don’t speak Romanian, be ready to use a translation app, though that’s easy enough to manage. The staff were truly committed to making our stay pleasant, the place was clean and held to good standards, and the food was tasty and nicely presented. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and the locals were helpful.

The restaurant serves good Romanian food, and the rooms are clean and spacious. It’s a very nice, modern hotel in an extremely quiet location.

Dinner was outstanding, and the pancake with ice cream and chocolate was so good, a lovely mix of sweet and tart. We stopped here at the end of the first day of our guided bike tour, tired, hungry, sweaty and dirty, and they took great care of us. A stellar place to eat, stay and visit!
