Mercure Medias Binderbubi Hotel And Spa

We found plenty of parking, and the staff were always welcoming and ready to help. The rooms were clean and comfortable, breakfast was tasty, and the views of Mediaș were stunning. A pleasant hotel with excellent service, and a top choice for a visit to Mediaș.

The room was lovely, the pool was large, and dinner was tasty. But we had several problems. Breakfast was the worst part. We arrived at 9, with service running until 10, and hardly any food was left. Nothing was replenished during the 40-45 minutes we stayed, and we had to ask for bread. What we managed to get was okay. At dinner, we were told to sit outside because the indoor area was reserved. I'm pregnant and don't like the heat. Thankfully it wasn't sunny, but it was still hot. We later heard other guests had been offered a choice of sitting indoors. Our meal took over an hour, and there were still empty tables inside when we left. The food itself was very good. I also wanted to book a prenatal massage advertised in the brochure. They didn't have a scheduling system and had to call the massage therapist, which was fine. But when she heard I wanted a prenatal massage, I was told it could only be done sitting on a chair. I'm not heavily pregnant, and I've had this kind of massage before, so I know it can be done on the back or side. I declined.

The restaurant staff did a professional job organizing my birthday. We had a lovely evening, with delicious food and attentive, friendly service throughout. Congratulations to the team for their care and great work. I'd recommend the venue for a pleasant experience.

A relaxing, very pleasant place. The pool was fine, and the food was cooked really well.
