There’s an in-house restaurant with reasonably priced food, and a nearby bakery plant too. I think the shop there sells good bread. The hotel sits right at a road crossing, close to both the train station and bus station. Inside, it’s decorated with lovely solid wood furniture, some with hand drawings on them. Service was considerate and didn’t pester guests, which I thought was just right. Since it’s a sustainable hotel in a mountain area, there’s no shampoo, toothbrush, or slippers. Luckily, I’d brought most of those things.

They were closed when our group of eight dropped in for the second time that week, but kindly opened up and made us dinner. As on our previous visit, the food was very good: local dishes, nicely cooked and presented, and really tasty. They also have a good choice of beers and wines. The service was excellent, and it’s a great place to visit.

Our stay was alright, but there wasn’t anything special about the accommodation.

We got a plate of brown-black, burnt potatoes for my kid, and the chicken soup we ordered was just water with pasta. The taste was horrible. Such a disappointment. If you’re hungry, stay away from this place.

It’s near the railway, so the location is a bit poor. The accommodation itself is nice, though, and the personnel’s service and kindness make up for that.
